Training has an important role in polishing the qualities in
students and developing their skills.A good training session imparted by expert
trainers refresh the young minds and builds up their confidence level.ACE realizes the importance of offering good
training sessions to students.ACE has arranged special training for its
students by veterans in this field ‘Career Launchers’, Trivandrum. In order to
bring a systematic development in students the college offers training in
periodic intervals. These training
programs strengthen their capacity to bridge the gaps between theory and
practice of their course. This will enable the students to acquaint with
their workplaces soon after their studies.The two major areas in which training
is given are personality development and stress management.
Personality
development
Personality plays a vital role in the success
of a person both in work as well as life.A good personality is also essential
to fetch a good job along with studies. The training programs on personality
development try for the enhancement and grooming of students outer and inner
self to bring about a positive change to his / her life.Training is given to
develop listening,writing and speaking skills, body language,good manners,
etiquette's etc.The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) assesses the English Language proficiency of people who want to study or work where English is used as the language of communication. IELTS tests all four language skills- Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.Training is also given to develop the soft skills in students
.They are also given coaching for IELTS.
Stress
Management
Stress management has an
indispensable role in today's competitive world. Stress is psychological and
physical unpreparedness that erupts in the completion of successful
achievements. A stressed up mind is highly inaccessible in determining
any successful venture. Students of an institution may be coming from different
situations of life. Their thinking, living style, behavior and attitude
to life may be different. This may cause for stresses both mental and
physical. As far as first year students are concerned till last
year they were in a school atmosphere. But now they are in a professional
college. This change in campus knowingly or unknowingly creates some
stress in them.Training helps the students to weed out this negative feeling
and transform it into positive qualities and makes them comfortable as well as
confident to face the challenges in life.
